File Issues:
If the downloaded file is corrupted, missing, or not working as described, and we are unable to resolve the issue after reasonable attempts.
Duplicate Purchase:
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, we will refund the duplicate transaction.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of Mind:
We cannot process refunds if you decide you no longer want the product after downloading it.
Duplicate Purchase:
If the product has been used or shared in violation of our licensing terms.
Download Confirmation:
Once the product has been downloaded, we cannot offer a refund unless there is a verified technical issue.

Resolution Options

Issue a refund if no other resolution is possible.
